隆重介绍我们邀请的13位国内外人工智能法治研究领域的优秀青年学者，围绕元宇宙世界的概念厘定特别是规则建构展开建设性探讨，分享具有原创性、学术性和思想性的前沿学术成果，推动人工智能技术应用和法治发展，共建未来法治，共享智能福祉。

嘉宾介绍

罗伯特·科夫斯 Robert Korves

波鸿大学法学院助理教授

Assistant professor of law atRuhr University Bochum

罗伯特·科夫斯（Robert Korves）博士是德国民法和诉讼法领域的青年研究学者。他在波鸿鲁尔大学法学院程序法和民法系主任 Peter A. Windel 教授的指导下获得特许任教资格。他于2014年获得关于物权法问题的博士学位，并于2013年至2016年在哈姆高等地区法院担任法律助理。2017年至2018年，他担任德国青年私法学者协会副主席。

他在国内外的多篇文章和演讲中讨论了有关诉讼法数字化的法律问题。他在2019年访问中国期间在苏州大学王健法学院作“强制执行和破产中的纽结”主题演讲，随后发表于《浙大法律评论》和德国《中国法杂志》。2020年获得日本学术振兴会（JSPS）研究资助，并在京都大学山本敬三教授的指导下进行日本动产证券的数字登记系统研究。

Dr. Robert Korves is a Young Research Scholar from Germany in the field of Civil Law and Procedural Law. He is appointed as a Habilitation candidate under supervision of Professor Dr. Peter A. Windel at the Chair of Procedural Law and Civil Law of the Faculty of Law at Ruhr University Bochum. He obtained his PhD-degree in 2014 on Property Law issues and spent the Legal Clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm from 2013 to 2016. From 2017 to 2018 he was Vice-Chairman of the German Association of Young Private Law Scholars (“Gesellschaft Junge Zivilrechtswissenschaft”).

In several contributions and speeches at home and abroad, he discussed legal issues concerning the Digitalization of Procedural Law. He visited China in 2019 and gave a keynote-speech at the Kenneth Wang School of Law of Soochow University in the field of Foreclosure and Insolvency Law, that is published in Zhejiang University Law Review and the German Journal of Chinese Law (Zeitschrift für Chinesisches Recht – ZChinR). In 2020 he gained a research fellowship by the Japanese Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) and spent a research stay at Kyoto University under supervision of Professor Dr. Yamamoto Keizo to conduct research on the Digitalization of the Japanese digital registration system for moveable securities.
