上海博物馆人民广场馆
9月1日起试行免预约参观
尊敬的观众朋友：
上海博物馆东馆自试行免预约入馆参观以来，运行平稳有序，服务了更多境内外观众，获得了良好的社会反响。为进一步优化参观体验，简化入馆流程，自2025年9月1日起，上海博物馆人民广场馆也将试行散客免预约凭证入馆参观。现将相关事宜公告如下：
一、开放时间：9:00-17:00（16:00停止入场），每周一闭馆（除国定假日外），观众可持有效身份证件，从南门通过安检后入馆。
二、国定假日、寒暑假以及举办热门特展等参观高峰期间仍需预约入馆参观：
1.热门特展将通过官方渠道提前发布预约公告；
2.个人参观可提前14日（含当日）通过上海博物馆微信公众号预约、境外观众可登陆上海博物馆官网进行预约。
三、当馆内参观人数超过最大日承载量或瞬时承载量时，我馆将启动限流措施，敬请谅解。如遇入场观众较多，请排队耐心等候。
四、团体20人以上（含20人）参观须提前7天电话预约（每日限额，约完即止），预约电话021-63724550。
五、如举办收费特展，我馆将会在服务台信息栏及官方网站、官方微信公众号展览介绍页面注明，观众可通过线上购票后入馆参观。
六、65周岁（含）以上老人以及残障人士、现役军人、退休（役）军人、革命烈士遗属、综合性消防救援人员、公安民警、医务人员出示本人有效证件可优先从南门绿色通道通过安检后入馆（优先权益仅限进入场馆，不含收费特展等其他项目）。
七、为确保观众人身安全及文物安全，提供良好的参观体验，后续我馆还将视情阶段性调整入馆方式，我馆将竭诚做好开放服务及信息公告工作。

Walk-in Entry to the Shanghai Museum on People’s Square
Starting September 1
Dear visitors,
Beginning September 1, individual visitors will not be required to make a reservation to enter the Shanghai Museum on People’s Square. Please note the following information for your visit:
1. Opening Hours
9:00 am – 5:00 pm (last entry at 4:00 pm)
Closed every Monday (except public holidays)
2. How to Enter the Museum
●Individual visitors may enter through the South Gate with a valid ID after security check.
●Groups of 20 or more are required to reserve by phone at 021-63724550 at least 7 days in advance.
●Priority access is available for visitors aged 65 and above, as well as visitors with disabilities. Please use the Priority Passage at the South Gate with a valid ID. Priority access does not apply to ticketed special exhibitions or other programs.
3. When Reservations Are Still Required
●Reservations are required during peak periods, including national holidays, school vacations, and major special exhibitions. Reservations may be made up to 14 days in advance via our WeChat channel (上海博物馆) or our official website (www.shanghaimuseum.net).
●Reservation policies for major exhibitions will be announced in advance on our website and social media channels.
4. Inside the Museum
●For ticketed special exhibitions, tickets may be purchased online or onsite. Please refer to our website, social media channels, or Information Desk for details.
●Visitor flow control may be implemented as needed to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
5. Additional Notices
●Waiting times for entry may occur during peak hours. Thank you for your patience.
●The Museum may adjust its admission policy when necessary. Please follow us on social media for the latest updates.
