由世界人工智能大会组委会办公室指导、上海市法学会主办的2024世界人工智能大会法治论坛，将于7月6日上午在上海世博中心蓝厅举办，主题为“人形机器人的法治与伦理”。

上海市人工智能标准化技术委员会秘书长，教授级高级工程师。曾任上海市金山区经济委员会副主任（挂职）、上海市经济和信息化系统议政建言专家委员会委员、上海市中小企业“专精特新”联谊会会长。

Secretary-General of the Shanghai AI Standardization Technical Committee, a senior engineer at the professor level. He has also held positions such as temporary deputy director of the Economic Committee of Jinshan District, Shanghai, member of the Expert Committee on Political and Legislative Advisory of the Shanghai Economic and Information System, and president of the Association “Specialized, Refined, Special, and New Enterprises” of Shanghai Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
